IT Support Officer

Key Responsibility:

  • Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
  • Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
  • Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault.
  • Others as assigned.

Qualification:

  • Thai Nationality, age 27-35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering ,Information Technology or related field.
  • More than 2 years past working experience.
  • Able to solve the information technology problem such as: Hardware, Software, Operating System, Network Connection, LAN, WAN, Printer.
  • Must be able to identify and troubleshoot Hardware and Software.
  • Good knowledge in Windows OS, Office Applications, E-Mail, etc…
  • Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, service mind, team player and able to work under pressure in the multinational working environment.
  • Preferred if have English Written and Speaking.
  • Willingness to learn new things relating to IT.
