Products Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create and implement marketing plan and activities.
  • To develop and execute KOLs strategy.
  • Providing product training to sales representative.
  • To acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize them to improve sales and marketing activities.
  • Develop partnership with key accounts to fulfill their medical needs by company products or services.
  • Train the company’s products to sales representatives.
  • Develop and plan a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Support the sales team to drive academic sales, monitor and evaluate knowledge of sales representatives.
  • To develop and execute KOLs strategy.
  • Work with sales managers to create a work plan to reach your goals



  1. Male / Female, Age 32 -45 years old
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field, MBA would be an advantage
  3. Minimum 7 years experience in pharmaceutical business
  4. Experience in Neurology and psychiatry field would be great
  5. Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  1. Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills
  2. Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent presentation/training skill
  4. Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English
  5. Ability to travel and with own transportation
